For this project, I created a custom icon set for Wind Cave National Park, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and universal design. The set includes icons representing a bison, a cave, and a park ranger hat—each chosen to reflect important aspects of the park’s identity, wildlife, and visitor experience.

The design process involved thorough research on the park’s natural and cultural significance, along with planning, sketching, and refining concepts to ensure the icons were both visually engaging and functional across various platforms.

This project allowed me to strengthen my skills in iconography, visual storytelling, and inclusive design, while creating a set of assets that could be applied to maps, signage, brochures, and digital media.
